Pipeline is development-stage software. This page is a transparent placeholder, not a final privacy policy and not permission to upload personal, medical, or customer data.
Development data
Use approved test documents during development. Do not upload real PHI until the deployment, vendors, contracts, retention terms, access controls, and incident procedures are approved for that use.
Information categories under design review
The product is designed to process account, organization, claim, document, evidence, reviewer-action, audit, usage, and billing-administration data. The final notice must identify actual collection, purpose, processors, sharing, retention, rights, security contact, and jurisdiction-specific terms for the deployed service.
Analytics boundary
Product analytics should contain operational counts and timing—not document bodies, claimant details, medical text, credentials, raw prompts, or raw model responses. This boundary still requires final implementation verification.
Before publication
An authorized company owner and qualified privacy counsel must replace this placeholder with a notice matched to actual production practices and customer contracts. Until then, no compliance status is claimed.
